Career goals are changed all time the circumstances an exacted field work for long and short term which direction of the career should take is easy. Career goal is SMART theory that we setting the goal tasks are required careful thinking and effective planning. When we set up the career goal we continue to persist until we succeed to reach it. Self-motivation just keeps it happen; devote the time, energy and money required to achieving our goals. We never drop down or take away out career path by sticking to it and continue to move on.
Stick on the path to reach my goals, I think that I will meet many things are obstructed which may discourage me. I will keep in mind and review my career plan periodically. I will need to adjust my goal plan to make it more effective, adjust which the activity is not taking me to where I want to be. Think again about these short-term works which can change the moved my journey of career success.
If I reached a career goal, I should continue and extend to reach more. Take on the track more again and again until overall goals are reached because career success is a journey of a lifetime.

• Extend to start a new business by year 2012
• Be nice to people I work with, develop relationship with clients or co-workers.
• Becoming an excellent administrator manager by contribute my leadership, interpersonal, and technical skills. My long-term career goal is to be the best manager that I can keep my organization sustainable work effectiveness and efficiency.
