In this week I have read about effective communication the process of using language and relevant to best practice of communication. I do learn the vocabulary with reference meeting and sales environment. I will bring this knowledge down to my job, to manage for a good success in communication. In the book says that communication is an activity, skill, and art that incorporates lessons learned across a wide spectrum of human knowledge. (McLean. S,. 2012).
The Effective communication takes preparation, practice, and persistence and I also remember the word root of “communication” in Latin is communicare, which means to share, or to make common. I also notify the important rule that successful business communication is often associated with writing and speaking well, being articulate or proficient with words. (Hayakawa. S. I., 2012).
I do also understand my audience and five areas in personal inventory of knowledge, skills, experiences, interests, and relationships.
